Referral partner program terms

Government employees and contractors

If you work for, or are under contract to, a government agency, or work for a company that holds government contracts, you will not receive any commission, cash, voucher, discount or other reward for a referral that involves your own employer or agency, or work tied to its contracts. You can still give such a referral and follow its progress. Skol X Media may decide at any time that a referral falls under this clause; any reward from it that has not been paid is then removed. Answer the government questions truthfully and keep your answer up to date in your profile. Your employer's own rules may be stricter and also apply.
